Cabinet Assembler

Cabinet Assembler - STL Cabinetry

Location: O'Fallon, MO
Pay: Starting at $19/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

STL Cabinetry is growing, and we're looking for a Cabinet Assembler to join our team. We build and prep RTA (ready-to-assemble) cabinets for delivery to homes and job sites across the St. Louis area. We've got a fun, fast-paced shop with a younger crew - good music, good people, and pride in doing quality work.

What You'll Do

• Show up ready to work every day, on time - that means 10-15 minutes early, every shift
• Assemble RTA cabinets accurately and prep them for delivery
• Inspect all cabinet pieces for damage before assembly begins
• Report any damage or defects to your manager right away and follow their instructions on how to proceed
• Keep a consistently fast pace throughout the day - we move quick and stay focused
• Be on your feet for most of the shift; this is an active, hands-on job

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and punctual - we need people we can count on to be here and ready to go
• Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to spotting damage or defects
• Comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods
• A team player who fits our fun, high-energy shop culture
• Prior experience with cabinets, woodworking, or assembly work is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person

Why STL Cabinetry

• Fun, fast-paced environment with a young, motivated team
• Hands-on work where you can see what you build
• Room to grow as we grow
