Excellent medical insurance for your whole family Base $115-140k PLUS PTO and Paid Holidays Vehicle Allowance or Vehicle Job Details This is not a small-project environment- you'll be involved in high-impact infrastructure work that requires coordination, planning, and execution at scale. Advancement is based on performance and contribution, not tenure. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of projects, including: DOT highway and bridge construction Design-build and progressive design-build delivery Industrial, mining, and energy infrastructure Large-scale civil site development Work alongside teams that self-perform critical scopes, providing deeper exposure to: grading and earthwork structures utilities civil site development Key Responsibilities: Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout on heavy civil projects Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Track quantities, production, and costs to ensure alignment with project budgets and schedules Manage and coordinate subcontractors, including scope, performance, and cost tracking Participate in project meetings with owners, engineers, and internal stakeholders Assist with scheduling, procurement, and project controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred 3-5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction or related infrastructure projects Experience working on DOT, transportation, utilities, water, mining, or site development projects Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, and field operations Experience with design-build projects is preferred For immediate review, please email your resume and projects to Interested in hearing more?
