You'll carry your own TI projects while supervising a team of PMs and keeping their jobs profitable and on track. You'll also be a key face to clients and help bring in new work. Responsibilities: Run commercial interiors projects end to end, from preconstruction and estimating through buyout, construction and closeout Own the financials: budgets, monthly forecasting, billing and cost control, with a focus on protecting margin Negotiate and manage subcontracts, procurement and change orders Drive value engineering and constructability input to keep designs buildable and on budget Partner with Superintendents on schedule, sequencing and field priorities Supervise and mentor a group of PMs, APMs and PEs, including workload, performance and growth Run regular project reviews covering cost, forecast, schedule, staffing and risk across your group Build relationships with owners, architects and brokers, and support business development through pursuits, proposals and interviews Oversee punch, turnover, warranty and financial closeout Qualifications: 10+ years in commercial construction project management at a general contractor Commercial interiors / Class A office TI experience required Experience supervising and mentoring PMs Strong estimating, forecasting, budgeting and contract management skills Proficient in Procore and Bluebeam Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture preferred; equivalent experience accepted Must be based in Los Angeles Interested in hearing more?
