Pay Range: $60.21hr - $65.21hr Job Overview: The Global Clinical Order Manager will oversee clinical supply chain operations, package and distribute Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) for clinical trials, and manage packaging orders produced at clinical packaging facilities. Duties: The Global Clinical Supply Chain Management department packages and distributes Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) required for clinical trials. The Global Clinical Order Management (GCOM) team prepares all packaging orders produced at clinical packaging facilities. GCOM Tasks & Responsibilities: Manage in-house packaging orders and drive the "on-time in-full" delivery of IMPs. Be accountable for setting up Standard Packaging Designs in cooperation with the Clinical Supply Chain Lead (CSCL), other Production Enablement teams like Materials Management and Artworks Management, the Master Data Deployment team, Packaging Operations, and Quality Units. Manage operational issues and discrepancies with Quality Units. Escalate any major in-house packaging-related issue with an impact on the end-to-end timeline to the CSCL. Enable the Medication Randomization process for blinded studies. Job Requirements: 6+ years of experience in the pharma industry and/or supply chain management. ERP system experience, e.g. SAP, OMP or APO. Strong verbal and written communication skills; German skills are beneficial. Bachelor degree in relevant field. APICS or SCOR certification (or equivalent), PMP/Operational Excellence/Six Sigma/Lean training or associated relevant experience are a strong plus. Ability to work independently and set priorities, proactive, adaptable. GMP compliance mindset, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
