About Tri-Arc
Founded in 1959, Tri-Arc has grown into a leading national brand of steel and aluminum climbing and access products - with over 1,400 model types in the field across manufacturing, warehouse, aerospace, oil & gas, transportation, and retail environments. Our custom division, Engineered Access Solutions (EAS), designs and builds custom passive fall protection systems that solve real safety, compliance, and ergonomic challenges on the ground.
As a manufacturer of safety products, our mission is simple: help make sure workers go home safely to their families every day. We're active members of the American Ladder Institute, ANSI's A14 committee, and the National Safety Council - the work you'd be building isn't just product, it's what keeps people safe at height.
Tri-Arc is part of Ballymore Safety Products, a nationwide manufacturing and services group of about 1,000 employees. That means opportunities to grow, cross-train, and try new things beyond a single plant or role.
