MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.
Transportation Driver - Adult Day Care REQUIRED TO APPLY: Bilingual in English and Spanish, valid driver's license, and minimum 2 years of driving experience.
Location: Oasis Adult Day Care Lawrence, MA
Wage: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM appx

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience required.
- Passenger transportation or van driving experience preferred.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication, reliability, and compassion for others.

What You'll Do - Safely transport participants between their homes, the center, appointments, and community activities.
- Assist with boarding, exiting, mobility, and securing passengers.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Support center staff with participant care, activities, meals, and daily operations.
- Communicate professionally with participants, families, and team members.
