Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field and seven (7) years of experience as Mechanical Engineer or related occupation. Alternately, employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field and four (4) years of as Mechanical Engineer or related occupation. Must have knowledge or experience with: Semiconductor Knowledge on PVD, CVD and Etch Chambers Design of components and chambers in high vacuum environment Gas delivery and pressure flow control system design Electrostatic chuck wafer handling equipment Advanced machining, cleaning, and material handling technologies to enable high yield manufacturing of state-of-the-art IC devices Teamcenter, SAP, NX CAD Tools, ANSYS, ESI analysis software.
