We're Hiring: Corporate Accounting Manager

Milwaukee, WI Full-Time Exempt

Ogden & Company, Inc. is looking for a strategic and experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to lead our corporate financial operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing accounting functions, financial reporting, compliance, and team performance.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general accounting operations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing accounting team.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Produce and analyze monthly financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to create and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Support annual audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage corporate payroll and banking transactions.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to the President and Leadership Team.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Expertise in GAAP, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• Ability to drive process improvement and lead with vision.
