Description
Noor Locums is seeking Physician Assistants with Trauma and Acute Care Surgery experience for an ongoing opportunity in Washington.

This is a scheduled, no-call position supporting a busy Acute Care Surgery service at a 251-bed hospital . The PA will respond to traumas, may serve as the initial responder in the Emergency Department when the trauma surgeon is in the OR, admit patients to the surgical service including the ICU, assist with surgery, and participate in pre- and post-discharge care.

The schedule is generally 3 4 shifts per week , with 12-hour day shifts. The team would ideally schedule providers for at least two weekday shifts as well as weekend coverage. Clinic coverage is also part of the role two days per week, although the schedule can be adjusted when needed.

Average patient volume is approximately 18 patients per day . Providers will work alongside other APCs on some days, with diabetic education support available onsite.
