Are you a detailed-oriented CAD drafter who hates being chained to a desk all day? Do you love seeing your designs come to life on the shop floor?

An established sheet metal fabrication facility is seeking a versatile Hybrid CAD Drafter / Sheet Metal Fabricator. This role is perfect for a creative problem-solver who thrives on variety, loves a good challenge, and wants to get their hands dirty. You will spend time in the office designing and documenting parts, and time on the shop floor collaborating with production to bring those designs to life. This position offers substantial career development and long-term growth potential.
