Major Law Firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal with solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing to join their New Jersey or New York offices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and is a collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct title and survey reviews for commercial real estate transactions
- Assist with purchases, sales, financings, and leasing activities
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and contracts
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
- Maintain accurate records and track transaction progress
- Support attorneys by managing deadlines and ensuring compliance
Required Qualifications
- College degree and/or paralegal certificate
- 3+ years of experience in a paralegal role specifically in real estate law
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
