Club Manager
KidsUnited Full-time $55,000-$65,000 + Commission
You won't just run a facility - you'll build a community. KidsUnited is the leading brand in early childhood development through soccer, and we're opening a brand-new club in Fredericksburg. We need a leader who can launch it, grow it, and make it the best part of every family's week.
The Opportunity
This role is on the ground floor. You'll lead presale before we even open the doors, building a founding membership base from scratch. That means real ownership, real impact, and a direct line between your performance and the club's success.

What You'll Do
Drive Growth & Business Performance
Own membership sales from presale through launch - set monthly KPIs and execute strategies to drive revenue and membership growth
Analyze conversion rates, retention, and revenue data to continuously optimize performance
Build business-to-business relationships and run local marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness in the community
Maintain a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere that keeps members coming back
Lead & Develop the Team
Recruit, hire, and energize a team of coaches and sales associates who embody the KidsUnited culture
Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable - quality control is key to class excellence
Foster a culture of service, enthusiasm, and continuous improvement across all staff
Ensure every class is delivered with energy, engagement, and high standards
Coach classes yourself each week - you lead by example on and off the pitch

Be the face of the club - every family and staff member should see you as the heart of the KidsUnited culture
Hold every class to the highest standard; coaches should consistently exceed expectations
Address parent concerns proactively, act on feedback, and always be improving the customer journey
Keep the facility clean, safe, and operating at an exceptional level at all times
Run a Tight Operation
Oversee daily club operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and growth
Manage staff schedules and process payroll accurately and on time
Ensure full compliance with all KidsUnited processes, standards, and franchisor requirements
Work closely with the Owner and the Franchisor to align on goals and performance
Schedule
Full-time with flexibility required, including weekday evenings and weekend mornings. That's when our families show up - and so will you.

Fitness Sales & business acumen - you know how to connect and drive membership revenue

Strong execution & problem-solving - you tackle issues head-on and fix them fast

Positive presence - your warmth and enthusiasm uplift kids, parents, and staff from the moment you walk in
Preferred experience:
Soccer background - personal or professional experience with soccer is a real plus
Coaching or early childhood education - especially with children ages 1.5-9
Prior management experience in a membership-based or fitness/recreation environment
