USA Water Company is expanding, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our growing Field Marketing Team!

As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce our water filtration services, and generate interest in free in-home water testing appointments.
We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, motivated to succeed, and interested in taking on greater responsibilities as our company grows.
No experience necessary - we provide paid training!
Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach.
- Introduce potential customers to our water filtration products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home water testing appointments.
- Represent USA Water Company professionally and positively.
- Meet daily and weekly lead-generation goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer information.
- Work closely with our marketing and sales teams.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
- Ability to work outdoors and walk through residential neighborhoods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Full-time
- Saturday availability may be required if scheduled hours are not completed during the week.
Compensation
- $17.50 per hour starting pay.
