Global Workplace Transformation Project Lead ()

Define, lead, and deploy enterprise-wide workplace transformation initiatives across Sanofis global portfolio of tertiary and R&D sites. Drive data-informed decision-making through advanced analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and deployment of standardized tools and processes. Ensure consistent, best-in-class workplace operations that support cultural transformation, sustainability, inclusion, and employee experience. Lead and manage workplace transformation programs. Partner daily with Digital, P&C Insights & Tech Strategy, DE&I, Finance, HSE, and Real Estate stakeholders to align workplace initiatives. Develop analytical frameworks, dashboards, and performance indicators to measure workplace effectiveness. Develop and deploy global processes and tools. Master's in Data Science, Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field.

5 years of experience.

Employer permits the employee in this role to work remotely from their residence 2 days a week so long as that is within normal commuting distance or within the same metropolitan statistical area.
