- Hands-on tractor-trailer driving
- Backing and maneuvering

- Real-world ride-alongs with experienced trainers
- Safety coaching and mentorship

- Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent CDL graduate
- At least 21 years old
- Clean driving record
- Must pass DOT physical
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must successfully complete required background screening
- Comfortable using GPS, ELDs and smartphone applications
- Must meet DOT English-language proficiency requirements
- Safety-minded, dependable and ready to learn
