Histotechnician / Histotechnologist — Part-time

We are seeking an experienced Histotechnician or Histotechnologist for a part-time opportunity

• Perform histology procedures, including tissue processing, embedding, and microtomy.

• Assist with grossing and preparation of dermatology tissue specimens.

• Prepare high-quality slides for pathologist review.

• Maintain accurate specimen identification and documentation.

• Follow laboratory safety procedures and quality control standards.

• Work collaboratively with laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely specimen processing.

• 20 hrs a week

• Previous histology experience required.

• Hands-on grossing experience required.

• Experience working with dermatology specimens strongly preferred.

• Florida Histology license required.

• HT or HTL certification preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Part-time schedule
