The team works closely with clients and trade partners from early budgeting through construction. The Junior Estimator supports the preconstruction team by reviewing drawings and specifications, preparing quantity takeoffs and budgets, gathering subcontractor pricing, and helping develop complete bids. Job Details 1-2 years of estimating experience with a general contractor Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents Experience preparing quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimates Working knowledge of subcontractor scopes and bid comparisons Proficiency with Excel and digital takeoff software Strong math, analytical, and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple bids and meet submission deadlines Ability to attend site visits and pre-bid meetings in the DC metro area High school diploma or equivalent Interested in hearing more?
