Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring Weld Shop General Labor/Helpers for a leading marine manufacturer. If you enjoy hands-on work, don't mind getting dirty, and are looking for a physically active role, this could be a great opportunity for you.
This position plays a key role in supporting weld shop operations by moving large pontoon tubes and keeping production lines supplied with the materials needed to maintain workflow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Move and transport pontoon tubes and materials throughout the weld shop
- Supply weld shop production lines with materials and product
- Lift, push, pull, and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Assist production teams with daily operational needs
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Team-oriented attitude and positive mindset
- Reliable attendance and dependability
- Physical agility and stamina to work with large materials and products

Schedule & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
