Peoplelink Staffing Solutions has partnered with a well-established company specializing in the stainless steel division. This company serves clients with large-volume heat treatment tooling systems, highly complex small-lot fixturing systems, and critical maintenance alloy requirements in Avilla, IN.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate forklift to move and organize pallets inside and outside of facilities.
Gather and remove trash from inside of the facilities to the outside dumpsters. Keep debris from being on the floors inside and picked up off of the grounds outside.
Sweep floors and use the floor scrubber when appropriate at the various facilities.
Burn pallets in the outside wood furnace, as necessary.
'Wipe down' to clean walls, man-doors, overhead doors and windows to maintain cleanliness of facilities.
Driving to pick up product or to deliver some product.
Help in shipping. Building skids, banding product to skids, etc.
Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Maintain compliance with all work rules (productivity, conduct, safety, etc.).
Load and Unload trucks, as needed (forklift).
Receive and inspect product.
General Labor - paying $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
