Join a well-established oncology team in beautiful Northern California for a long-term locum tenens opportunity. We are seeking two Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Providers (NP or PA) to provide outpatient cancer care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice
- No call responsibilities
- Long-term ongoing assignment
- Full-time coverage need with flexible scheduling options
- Providers available 2+ weeks per month will be considered
- Epic EMR
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM clinic hours
- Manageable patient volume of approximately 12-14 patients per day
- Oncology clinic connected to the infusion center and hospital
- Collaborative team environment with physician and APP support
- Travel and lodging provided
- Opportunity for December or January start depending on credentialing status
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Hematology/Oncology experience required
- Active California license
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
- DEA required
- BLS certification required
- Clean malpractice and professional history strongly preferred
- Ability to obtain hospital privileges
Practice Support
- 3 Registered Nurses
- 4 Medical Assistants
- 3 Advanced Practice Providers on staff
