Night Quality Control Inspector
Starting Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:00 PM until completion
Location: Salem, VA
Layman Distributing is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Night Quality Control Inspector to join our warehouse team. This is an important role in our operation-you'll be the final set of eyes on customer orders before they leave our facility.

What You'll Do
- Inspect picked orders to make sure products and quantities are correct before shipment
- Catch and correct errors before orders leave the warehouse
- Identify and report discrepancies or quality concerns
- Work closely with warehouse pickers and supervisors to resolve issues quickly
- Keep up with nightly production while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and a solid work ethic
- Ability to work independently and stay focused throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Previous warehouse or quality control experience is helpful, but not required-we'll train the right person
