We are a growing residential custom manufacturing shop looking for an experienced, confident
Cabinet Vision Expert & Production Drafter to join our team in sunny Spring Hill, Florida.
In this role, you won't just be drafting-you will own the technical pipeline. We focus heavily on high-quality residential cabinetry, custom closets, murphy beds, garages, and specialty murphy doors/joinery. You will be responsible
for taking a job smoothly from raw architectural plans all the way through to final production, ensuring every construction method, tooling requirement, and design processes perfectly before hitting the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities
Plan to Production: Engineer and process architectural plans, field measurements, and specifications directly into Cabinet Vision.
Manufacturing Output: Ensure all construction methods, tooling configurations, and designs are flawless and production-ready for our shop floor.
Database Maintenance: Proactively maintain and update pricing, materials, and hardware configurations within Cabinet Vision.
Team Collaboration: Maintain clear, proactive communication with the Factory Manager and the shop floor team to resolve design and machining questions.
What We Are Looking For
Advanced Cabinet Vision Mastery: Strong, hands-on experience using Cabinet Vision is non-negotiable.
Advanced CV Functions: Direct experience utilizing USCs (User Created Standards), the Bid Center, and designing fully custom, one-off catalog pieces.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of cabinetry, custom closets, and joinery construction methods.
Blueprints & Tech Specs: Absolute confidence reading and interpreting complex architectural drawings.
Experience with S2M center , our nesting side of the software
Experience with CNC tool set up in conjunction with Cabinet vision.
Independence: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to self-manage and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy to ensure zero material or manufacturing waste on the shop floor.
Position Structure & Constraints
100% In-House: This is a physical, in-office role at our Spring Hill facility. No hybrid, remote, or online options are available. Direct Employment Only: We are looking for an individual team member. No subcontractors or agency pitches.
