We are looking to grow our W2 install teams by adding 1-2 installers/laborers. Potential for a long-term position, promotion opportunities with experience to foreman and project manager.
Responsibilities:
Read instructions and construction plans.
Install playgrounds, shades, shelters.
Monday through Friday, TRAVEL EVERY WEEK to SC, NC, GA, TN.
40-50 hours per week. Occasional Saturday work.
Qualifications:
Construction Experience and knowledge
Ability to read instructions and construction plans
Problem solving skills
Communication skills and working in a fast-paced team environment
English and Spanish preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects, use shovels, post hole diggers, impact drills.
Tool knowledge mandatory
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to travel 90%, M-F, back on the weekend.
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Compensation:
$18-20 per hour, health benefit potential, overtime potential.
W2 position.
