MPS LANDSCAPING operation in Columbia and Rensselaer County. Candidate must have valid drivers license and mode of transportation.
We are a growing landscape and hardscape company looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team on a project-by-project basis. We specialize in high-end residential landscaping, hardscaping, grading, drainage, and outdoor living spaces. We're looking for people who take pride in producing quality work and want to be part of a team that values craftsmanship over cutting corners.

Responsibilities
- Install landscaping, mulch, sod, trees, shrubs, and plants
- Assist with grading, drainage, and site preparation
- Build patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features (experience preferred)
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment
- Load, unload, and transport materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
- Entry-level to expert-level landscaping experience accepted
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or other equipment is a plus
- Hardscape experience is highly valued but not required
