- At least 21 years of age
- A minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
- A valid Class A CDL
- Willingness to obtain a Hazmat endorsement within 90-days of hire
- No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
- No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
- No license suspensions or revocations due to moving violations within the last 5 years
- No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months (including speeding 15+ mph over the limit, following too closely, improper passing, or a fatal CMV-related offense)
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 yearsEssential Job Functions:
Our drivers are expected to perform the following physical and operational tasks as part of the role: - Open and close trailer doors (requires up to 46 lbs of force)
- Hook and unhook trailers (requires up to 90 lbs of force)
- Load, unload, or shift freight as needed (requires up to 54 lbs of force)
- Perform accurate freight counts and complete fuel tickets
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Enter and exit commercial vehicles and trailers (from ground level)
- Drive for extended periods and sit upright for long durations
