Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, enhancing decision-making and strategic planning. Ensure seamless integration of accounting processes with Entrata properly management software, streamlining the operations. Provide effective oversight of accounts payable and receivable, improving vendor relations and maintain strong cash flow management while ensuring strict adherence to budgetary controls. Play a key role in supporting internal and external audits and maintaining regulatory compliance. Lead the implementation of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives, contributing to operational efficiency and financial performance. Perform the above functions for both individual and group entities. Prepare monthly accounting records, management and budget reports, and research transactions and reporting. Utilize Quickbooks in the performance of job duties and compliance with GAAP standards and taxation laws. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting or related field or foreign equivalent plus (36) months of experience in the job offered + 36 months of experience in financial reporting and in using Quickbooks and Entrata. Employer will accept the foreign academic equivalent of a U.S. Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
