- $70/hour approximately $145, 000 annually

The Role:
Providers conduct video visits from a clean, well-supported clinic environment in Brooklyn. On-site Medical Assistants and med techs at the assisted living facilities assist with vitals and exam preparation, allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making without the noise and unpredictability of traditional facility rounding.
- Full-time, Monday Friday, No nights, no weekends
- Work out of the Brooklyn clinic conducting video visits with patients in assisted living facilities
- Medical Assistants on-site perform vitals and assist with coordination
- Goal is proactive management of geriatric patients to prevent hospitalizations
- This is an ideal role for a provider who enjoys geriatric medicine and wants high-impact patient care in a structured, efficient setting
Background Desired:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York
- Active DEA License
- Must already be credentialed with Medicare and NY State Medicaid
