Growing, private interdisciplinary surgical practice is looking for a Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in the San Francisco, CA area!

Join one of the few practices in the US that is 100% focused on gender-affirming surgery!

2 locations: Los Angles and San Francisco
40 total team members, 6 surgeons and 5 PAs

Gender-affirming top surgery
Facial feminization surgery (FFS)
Facial masculinization surgery
Vaginoplasty
Phalloplasty

Body masculinization/feminization
Breast augmentation

Benefits and Features:

$200, 000 - $220, 000 / year, depending on experience

Your Role with the Company

Full-time, Monday-Friday
APP will work in a clinic based setting doing pre op, post ops, ER and follow ups
Ideal candidate has leadership experience, resourceful, and can manage PAs, RNs, and MAs
NP/PA will work with a team committed to providing a safe space for transgender, non-binary and gender-diverse individuals

Background Profile:

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA
2+ years of surgicalexperience required
Ideal candidate has leadership experience
