- Shared call of 1:10, 9 OBs in the practice
- Level II nursery, 18-bed LDRP
- Collaboration with Children's Mercy Hospital, 24-hour in-house coverage with Children's Mercy Neonatal
- 24-hour in-house anesthesia services
- Proximity to MFM, GynOnc for consultations and transfers
- Seeing 15-30 patients in the office per day, 5-10 office or surgical procedures per week
