Founded more than 40 years ago, the organization offers a wide range of services, including adult and pediatric medicine, womens health, dental care, behavioral health, urgent care, addiction treatment, nutrition counseling, and WIC services.

- The health center is dedicated to providing accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare to individuals and families throughout southeastern Massachusetts.
- Full-time outpatient position with a focus on women's health
- In addition to preventive and routine care, the team manages chronic and complex conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and substance use disorders, along with a limited scope of gynecologic services.
