One of Connecticut's fastest-growing multi-specialty groups has an opening for a Colorectal Surgeon in southern Connecticut, close to the seacoast.

About the Opportunity:

• Joinoneother Colorectal Surgeonand 2 other General Surgeons
• Call coverage every4thday and every4thweekend
• Surgical procedures and scopesare performed at three local hospitals and ASC throughout their catchment area

Compensation/Benefits:

• Partnership offering in 3 years - $1,000administrative fees, there is no buy-in to PACT
• MSO shares would be offered for purchase at fair market valueafter being a Partner for 6 months
• Market Rate Salary with wRVU Incentive Bonus
• Sign-on bonus
• Moving expenses are covered in full with receipts
• 85% of the monthly health benefits cost
