Job description


  • 4-6 shifts per month
  • 24-hour in-house call shifts (7:00 AM-7:00 AM)
  • No office call responsibilities
  • CNMs (Midwives) take first call
  • Approximately 1,300-1,500 births annually
  • 20-bed Level III NICU
  • EMR: Epic
  • Team/Support: In-house Neonatologist; 24/7 Anesthesia, OB/GYN Hospitalists; Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), Family Medicine Physicians
  • Requirements: Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Current Texas medical license or willingness to obtain
