Details For this Opportunity:

Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic
Four 10-hour days per week
Average 12-16 patients per day
1:1 Clinical Support Staff
Team shared phone call for established patients only
Fulltime, permanent
EPIC EMR
Very competitive total compensation opportunity (385k+) with RVU production bonus opportunity -Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
Commencement bonus of $30,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, Student loan assistance
