A great hospital organization is seeking a General Otolaryngologist to join its established practice as a replacement hire. The practice has a loyal patient base, strong referral relationships, and the opportunity to build and expand your scope over time.
The Opportunity
$600K base salary + RVU potential $75,000 Sign On Bonus
S tudent loan assistance
3 clinic days + 2 OR days; 4-day workweek possible
Dedicated OR block time
Strong pediatric ENT volume
New APP being added for physician support and follow-ups
240 hours PTO + $3K CME
401(k), 403(b), and 457 retirement options
3-year contract with retention bonus (negotiable)
Who We're Looking For
Board-certified/eligible ENT physicians who are surgically skilled, communicate well with children and families, and enjoy practicing in a close-knit community. New graduates are welcome if well-trained , and fellowship-trained physicians will be considered. Pediatric experience is strongly preferred.
