Pay & Benefits
- Rate: $198.90/hour (includes malpractice; orientation at 1/2 hourly rate; holiday and overtime pay applicable)

What You ll Do
- Provide hospitalist coverage for adult inpatient services during night hours
- Rounds on approximately 16 patients daily, supporting patient care and comfort
- Respond to emergencies and occasional code coverage
- Collaborate with APPs on admissions and patient management
- Document patient encounters accurately in Cerner EHR
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Support hospital operations, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes
What You Need
Required: - Active Medical License in Michigan (or current state eligibility)
- Proven experience in adult inpatient care (non-ICU)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to hospital protocols
Preferred: - Prior hospitalist or inpatient experience
- Familiarity with Cerner EHR system
