What You Need to be Successful: - Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years' construction industry experience, preferably in the target market.
- Concrete industry experience preferred.
- Excellent people skills and customer-focused philosophy.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with people at all operations levels.
- Must have experience in budget and goal preparation, contract negotiation and program development.
- Computer proficiency to include Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Have good mathematics skills including use of feet, inches, and fractions.
- Valid driver's license in state of residence.
