Locums Ongoing Family Medicine Provider Needed in SW Kentucky
Location: Southwestern Kentucky, Primary Care/Urgent Care Clinic Reason for need: Vacancy Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Schedule: 8am - 430pm Full-Time; No Call Procedures: Adult outpatient, Urgent Care, Well Woman care Patients per day: 25-35 EMR: E-Clinical Works Support Staff: 2 NPs, 3 Clinical Staff, 3 Clerical Staff Required: BE/BC, Active KY license, Willing to supervise APPs Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP Travel & Lodging Provided Malpractice Insurance Provided
