We are seeking a full-time, highly skilled, and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in Gainesville, Florida. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals of all ages overcome speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of conditions across pediatric and adult populations.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy to address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Stay current with best practices, research, and advancements in speech-language pathology
Uphold ethical and professional standards established by ASHA and the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Florida license to practice Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment

Proficiency in assessment and evidence-based intervention strategies
