Our client is seeking a Art Director to join their team. As a Art Director, you will be part of the Creative/Brand team supporting multi-channel campaign development. The ideal candidate will have strong visual and narrative leadership, proven storyboarding expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally-skills that will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Define the overall artistic vision, tone, and visual language for comprehensive brand campaigns and video content.
- Translate marketing goals into powerful conceptual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Create clear, dynamic, sequential storyboards/animatics to map out video concepts, pacing, framing, and cinematic flow before production.
- Partner with marketers, designers, and external production teams to ensure a unified brand voice across channels.
- Oversee and design key visual assets (mood boards, style frames, campaign layouts) and guide video production workflows.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, Concept Artist, or Creative Lead within an agency or in-house brand team.
- A proven portfolio demonstrating advanced capability in visual storytelling and translating scripts/ideas into actionable storyboard frames.
- Mastery of industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent) and sketching/storyboarding software.
- Exceptional presentation and leadership skills, with the ability to pitch concepts effectively to stakeholders and clients.
- Proficiency in video editing and motion design/post-production pipelines, plus hands-on experience with Premiere and After Effects; understanding CG production fundamentals is a plus.
