We are currently seeking proficient and experienced Wildlife Exclusion Specialists to join our esteemed team. As a Wildlife Exclusion Specialist at Xceptional Wildlife Inc., your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks related to wildlife removal and exclusion, including:
Responsibilities:
- Skillful assessment, planning, and execution of wildlife exclusion strategies
- Thoroughly inspecting properties for entry points and vulnerable areas
- Safely and effectively sealing off access points to prevent wildlife intrusion
- Installing barriers and deterrents to prevent future wildlife encounters
- Collaborating seamlessly with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Strictly adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment
- Be actively involved with the community.
- Comfortable with heights and ladders.

Qualifications:
Demonstrable expertise as a Wildlife Exclusion Specialist, with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience or ROOFING experience is acceptable.
- Some familiarity with wildlife behavior, entry points, and exclusion techniques.
- Adeptness in using tools and materials to seal and secure properties effectively.
- Keen attention to detail coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Physical fitness and capability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with an unwavering commitment to delivering superior results.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
