Position Summary:
We are hiring a Lead System Installer to drive top-quality commercial installations, direct field crews, and mentor junior technicians on large equipment replacements across our commercial and industrial client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive top-quality commercial HVAC installation projects and large equipment replacements.
Direct field crews on job sites and mentor junior technicians.
Work on heavy mechanical installations, including packaged rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and associated ducting or piping systems.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality craftsmanship, and teamwork.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Demonstrated experience leading commercial HVAC installation projects.
Ability to direct field crews and mentor emerging trade technicians.
Strong pride in work quality, accountability, and team-first attitude.
