• Established, thriving three-physician pediatric group
• Well-supported outpatient practice
• Typical patient volume of 25-30 patients per day
• Standard five-day work week
• One evening clinic per week until 8:00 PM
• Rotation of one weekend clinic day per month (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
• Option to take the following Monday off after weekend coverage
• Strong referral relationships throughout the region

This is a rare pediatric opportunity that offers:

• High-risk deliveries transferred to tertiary care centers

The hospital averages approximately 250 deliveries annually. Pediatricians are not required to attend deliveries. Physicians rotate rounding on the well-baby nursery, which typically has only 3-5 newborns at a time. The nursery cares exclusively for healthy newborns, allowing physicians to maintain an outpatient-focused practice model.

Base Salary: $300,000

Production Incentive: Competitive wRVU-based compensation model with earning potential exceeding $400,000+
