What You ll Do
- Provide family practice medical care in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Evaluate patients and address a range of primary care needs.
- Develop and manage appropriate treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as appropriate.
- Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment, and preventive care.
- Document patient encounters and care plans accurately.
- Coordinate care and follow-up as needed.
