Job description

Location: Modesto, CA
Start Date: ASAP / Preferably by October 27th
End Date: January 27th, with possibility of extensions
Shifts/Schedule: M-F, 6:30a-4:30p + Nightly Call 4:30p-6:30a + Weekend 24 hour Call
Requirements:
Rates: Very competitive:

Hourly: $325/hr
Orientation: $325/hr
OT: X 1.25 = $406.25/hr
Holiday: X 1.5 = $487.50/hr
Nightly Call: $600/night
24 hour Call: $3500/24 hours
Call Back: $406.25/hour after 4 hours gratis
Travel & lodging provided
Malpractice Insurance provided
