  • Base salary 425K-563K
  • Call 1:8
  • Busy, bread & butter practice
  • Common lid surgery and other sub-specialty interests are a plus most cases currently sent out
  • 5 In-House Optometrists for Direct Referrals
  • Population: 26,000
  • Rural area offering a healthy work/life balance

  • Located an hour from both Rockford, IL and Davenport, IA, 90 minutes from Peoria, and 2 hours from Chicago
