  • DaVinci Robotic Surgery platform available
  • Epic EMR
  • Four operating rooms with planned expansion underway
  • Dedicated nursing and support staff
  • Opportunity to work alongside Family Medicine residents and participate in physician education
  • Strong physician autonomy with supportive hospital leadership
  • 4-day work week
  • 20-25 patients per day
  • Flexible shared call schedule of approximately 1:4 to 1:5

Compensation:
  • Base compensation of $620,000
  • wRVU production incentive model
  • $20,000 annual quality bonus
  • Earning potential of $700,000+
  • Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
  • $100,000 retention bonus paid over 5 years ($20,000 annually)

Candidate Parameters:
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
  • Eligible for Washington medical licensure

  • Team-oriented physician who values collaboration and long-term practice growth
  • Interest in establishing roots within a thriving regional community
