Pay Rate: $18$20/hour (based on experience) Shift: 1st Shift

MondayThursday: 5:00am3:30pm

Friday: 5:00am11:00am

We are seeking a full-time Upholstery Associate to join our production team. This role focuses on high-quality, hands-on upholstery work in a manufacturing environment producing built-to-order seating products for casino, hospitality, and institutional applications. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials prior to use and report quality issues
• Apply and install batting, foam, poly-filler, and fabric to chair frameworks
• Use hand and air tools such as staple guns, scissors, air drivers, hammers, and mallets
• Measure and cut fabric and materials using patterns and industrial cutting tools
• Assemble custom seating products to meet quality and comfort standards
• Inspect own work for accuracy and appearance
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work areas

• Upholstery or related assembly experience preferred
• Good dexterity with hand and air tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good measuring and basic math skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
