Position Title: Substitute Teacher Location: Barberton City Schools / Barberton, OH Employment Type: As Needed / Part-Time / On-Call Pay Rate: $120/Day; $150/Day for retired Barberton Teachers Bonus opportunities available Pay increase for long-term substitute positions based on number of consecutive days About the Role Dedicated School Staffing is seeking reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to support schools when full-time teachers are absent. This role ensures continuity of learning by following established lesson plans, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and supporting students' academic and social development.
