• Prepare and maintain sterile fields
• Handle surgical instruments and supplies throughout procedures
• Collaborative, patient-focused work environment

• Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Completion of an approved Surgical Technology program
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team
• Excellent communication, teamwork & patient-care skills
• CST certification preferred
