Job Description
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support construction crews on active commercial jobsites. This is a hands-on position involving material handling, jobsite cleanup, tool and equipment organization, fire watch, lift spotting, and general construction support.
The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks to keep projects running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with general labor and non-trade tasks.
- Help with jobsite setup, breakdown, and preparation.
- Move and stage materials and supplies throughout the jobsite.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory.
- Perform fire watch and lift spotting duties as assigned.
- Follow supervisor instructions and jobsite safety procedures.
- Complete additional general construction duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in an active construction environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively with a team.
- Strong awareness of jobsite safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned jobsites is required.
- Willingness to perform different tasks throughout the workday.
